Strategic Planning Video Series Services

Project begins in June 2026.

The selected vendor will be responsible for producing a series of eight high-impact videos that showcase successful projects resulting from strategic planning initiatives since 2019. These videos will serve as essential communication tools for stakeholders, residents, and partner organizations, demonstrating how strategic investments have improved quality of life throughout the county.

The project scope includes pre-production tasks such as idea development, location scouting, and coordination meetings. The production phase involves on-site filming at various Larimer County locations, capturing high-quality interviews and audio, with the use of professional camera and lighting equipment (including external rentals, if needed). Post-production will encompass editing, incorporating motion graphics to illustrate dashboard functionality and story maps, as well as final rendering. Spanish translation captions of the final scripts are required.

Deliverables consist of eight finished videos, each ranging from approximately 3 to 15 minutes in length. Additionally, the vendor will shoot b-roll footage to be creatively used across all videos. All questions regarding the project must be submitted by May 7, 2026.
