This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive strategic planning services to facilitate the development of a multi-year Strategic Plan for the period 2027–2030. The selected firm will be responsible for leading and facilitating the strategic planning process through virtual and in-person sessions, working closely with the Board, leadership, and staff.
Key responsibilities include developing agendas and materials for planning sessions, conducting facilitation with various organizational stakeholders, and reviewing current mission, vision, Community Needs Assessment findings, State Plan priorities, and Organizational Standards results. The scope also covers compiling and analyzing stakeholder input, drafting, revising, and finalizing the Strategic Plan, and presenting the finished plan to both agency leadership and the Board of Directors.
