The organization seeks a strategic planning consultant to lead the facilitation, creation, implementation, and monitoring of a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan. The provider will support the development of a dynamic plan that can adapt to the evolving needs of the community and school district.
Responsibilities include assisting the district in forming an effective strategic planning committee and ensuring inclusive engagement of key stakeholders such as students, staff, community members, parents, and the school board. The selected consultant will develop a holistic plan addressing academic programs, technology, professional development, parent and community partnerships, system accountability, human resources, and business operations vital to supporting teaching and learning.
The vendor will analyze committee findings and survey data, providing summaries of organizational strengths and weaknesses, and identifying opportunities and challenges. The proposal should include a process for implementation and evaluation, with measurable key performance indicators, to ensure ongoing alignment of priority initiatives, mandates, and resources. A detailed methodology outlining timelines and strategies to keep the project on track, on time, and within budget is required.
