The district seeks a qualified firm to provide comprehensive strategic planning services for the development of a dynamic, five-year plan focused on academic programs, including pedagogy, technology, professional development, and school day structure. The selected consultant will facilitate the creation, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of the plan, ensuring it remains adaptive to the evolving needs of both the district and the wider community.

The process will include reviewing the district's mission, vision, previous strategic plans, and key performance indicators to develop a clear understanding of the current landscape and tailor the planning approach accordingly. The consultant will support the formation of an effective strategic planning committee, engage and facilitate diverse stakeholder groups—including students, staff, parents, community members, and School Board—to provide meaningful input, and analyze committee findings and survey data.

Key deliverables include identification of district strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges, with recommendations based on best practices. The final strategic plan will outline steps for implementation and evaluation, establish measurable performance metrics, ensure alignment with priority initiatives and resources, and explain project methodology, timeline, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure project milestones are met on schedule and within budget.
