An organization is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver strategic planning services for the development of a comprehensive strategic plan covering the years 2026 to 2031. The scope of work includes reviewing existing strategic documents, reports, and performance metrics, as well as facilitating a collaborative planning process that actively involves both internal and external stakeholders.
The selected vendor will be responsible for analyzing the organization's internal strengths and challenges, as well as assessing external opportunities, trends, and potential risks. Based on this analysis, the vendor will define strategic goals, objectives, and measurable outcomes. Additionally, the vendor will provide recommendations for implementation strategies and evaluation frameworks, and guide stakeholder engagement opportunities.
Deliverables include a complete strategic report featuring a development summary and actionable recommendations for the 2026–2031 period. Vendors should ensure all questions related to the proposal are submitted prior to January 2, 2026.
