A healthcare organization in New York is soliciting proposals from vendors capable of delivering comprehensive strategic planning services. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing a strategic plan that defines the organization's priorities, aligns its mission with financial and workforce objectives, and establishes a clear, measurable execution roadmap. The vendor will also facilitate Board and executive workshops and collaboratively develop an actionable implementation roadmap with defined milestones, metrics, and accountability structures.
