DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive strategic planning service to develop a 5-year plan written in plain language for a library organization. The project involves consultations with all stakeholder groups, as defined by the vendor in collaboration with library leadership and board representatives, ensuring meaningful engagement with staff, leadership, the Board, city partners, and the broader community.

The strategic plan must include an explanation of its development process, detailing the strengths and weaknesses of each stated goal. The vendor should also offer recommendations for effectively positioning, messaging, and marketing the strategic plan for internal and external audiences.
