DESCRIPTION

The organization seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive strategic planning initiative services. Key responsibilities include designing and managing the project through the development of a detailed project plan, timeline, and an engagement strategy. The selected provider will coordinate with organizational leadership, staff, and the board to define roles and responsibilities, deliver regular progress reports, and provide clear interim deliverables.

Stakeholder engagement activities will be central to the initiative and may involve community-wide surveys (digital, paper, or intercept-based), conducting focus groups and listening sessions with residents, businesses, and local institutions, and organizing large-scale public workshops or charrettes. Additional engagement strategies include targeted interviews with key groups, staff and board sessions, pop-up engagement at public events, canvassing, direct mail, and digital communications.

The vendor will also conduct an organizational and environmental assessment to identify strengths, challenges, opportunities, and risks, as well as evaluate the impact and contributions of key institutional and community partners.
