The organization is seeking a vendor to provide strategic planning facilitator services. The selected facilitator will lead a phased engagement process, initiating with the establishment of a shared organizational vision at the executive leadership level, and subsequently expanding this vision through active engagement with management teams.
The facilitator will develop a comprehensive facilitation approach that includes discussion frameworks and draft agendas tailored to the phased engagement model. Key responsibilities include identifying core values, strategic priorities, and guiding principles, as well as creating a high-level framework for achieving the shared vision. The facilitator will analyze and synthesize input from discussions with both executive and management stakeholders, and develop a strategic roadmap with recommended priorities, initiatives, and sequencing to drive the vision forward. The roadmap will address short, medium, and long-term focus areas, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission, operational environment, and customer experience objectives.
