DESCRIPTION

The agency seeks a vendor to provide strategic planning consulting services for a one-year contract period. The selected consultant will facilitate a collaborative planning process, assess current organizational priorities, and review and refine the agency’s strategic direction. The consultant will prepare a practical Strategic Plan to guide future decision-making, service delivery, budget considerations, and long-term planning efforts.

The deliverable, a draft Strategic Plan, must include reviewed and updated mission and vision statements, confirmed priorities, measurable goals and objectives, recommended actions and implementation strategies, performance indicators, and a robust framework for monitoring and reporting progress.
