DESCRIPTION

A consultant is sought to provide strategic planning consulting services, guiding a focused process that incorporates both stakeholder engagement and effective strategy development. This engagement includes planning and discovery phases, as well as the design and execution of targeted stakeholder engagement activities.

The selected consultant will facilitate sessions to build alignment, clarify decision-making, and collaboratively develop a concise, actionable strategic plan featuring priorities, goals, and high-level strategies. The scope also includes dashboard development for performance tracking and reporting, and support in identifying strategic priorities and objectives. The consultant will work closely with leadership to ensure key stakeholder groups are engaged throughout the process.
