DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide strategic planning consulting services to develop a transparent, actionable framework that will guide the District's future direction, community outreach initiatives, and service delivery. The project requires the design and management of a highly collaborative and engaging strategic planning process in partnership with library leadership, the board, and community members.

Key components include robust stakeholder engagement and data collection, ensuring meaningful participation from library staff, trustees, community partners, and the public. The engagement will utilize a variety of in-person, synchronous, and asynchronous methods such as surveys, focus groups, workshops, and interviews, with the vendor being responsible for collecting and analyzing data from these approaches.

Additionally, there is an optional element for facilitating an implementation session with the staff leadership team to help operationalize the finalized strategic plan, should the District wish to proceed with this facet.
