DESCRIPTION

The client is seeking a qualified vendor to provide strategic planning consulting services. The selected consultant will be responsible for delivering an actionable, measurable strategic plan by collaborating directly with the institution's strategic plan steering committee.

Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive internal and external environmental scans of relevant data, and using this information to prepare a detailed SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis to be presented to stakeholders. The consultant will facilitate sessions to review and potentially revise organizational mission, vision, and values, and will support the definition of three to five strategic goals with quantifiable outcomes influenced by the SWOT analysis.

Additionally, the vendor will develop specific action steps and resource requirements for achieving each goal, create an implementation framework with mechanisms for annual review, assessment, and budgeting, and outline the methodologies and processes to be used in strategic plan development.
