DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide strategic planning consultant services to guide the process of updating the organization's Strategic Plan. This plan will be revised to align with current priorities, emerging challenges, and the aspirations of the community.

Key areas of focus include strategic direction and resource alignment, setting measurable outcomes and accountability structures, engaging stakeholders, conducting organizational and operational reviews, and facilitating executive collaboration. The consultant will also develop foundational principles, a strategic framework, and a comprehensive work plan, as well as organize and facilitate workshops.
