DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive strategic planning consultant services. The scope of work includes developing a detailed project work plan and timeline, as well as an engagement plan outlining key decision points throughout the process.

The consultant will be responsible for producing a document review summary highlighting key themes and implications, conducting an environmental scan to identify sector trends and strategic implications, and preparing a stakeholder engagement summary. The engagement summary should detail the methods used, participant overview, and anonymized key themes.

In addition, the consultant will draft a strategic framework that clarifies mission, vision, values, strategic pillars, goals and outcomes, as well as strategies and key initiatives. There should be a focus on embedding equity and accessibility commitments. The draft strategic plan will be reviewed and validated with the organization's task force and board during facilitated sessions before finalizing the three-year plan to incorporate all feedback. The selected vendor will also provide implementation and measurement recommendations, including a clear roadmap with indicators, KPIs, monitoring approaches, and governance structure.
