All-Options
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The agency is seeking a dynamic and experienced strategic planning consultant, or a team of consultants, to assist in developing its next strategic plan. The selected vendor will propose and implement a plan for conducting a robust environmental scan and analysis, and will coordinate meaningful stakeholder engagement throughout the strategic planning process.
Responsibilities include integrating findings to produce a written, multi-year strategic plan aimed at strengthening the impact of All-Options' programs, enhancing infrastructure, operations, and finances, and advancing the organization's role in the reproductive health, rights, and justice movement. The consultant will lead meetings, retreats, and convenings; design and co-facilitate an in-person volunteer convening (Spring 2027) for about 40–60 participants over three half-days; and design and facilitate an in-person staff/Board retreat (date TBD, potentially Fall 2027) for approximately 10 participants over 2.5 days. Additionally, the consultant will coordinate and facilitate virtual meetings and processes with All-Options’ staff, Board, volunteers, and other key stakeholders.
