DESCRIPTION


The selected consultant will provide strategic planning services, supporting a comprehensive process that emphasizes meaningful engagement with key stakeholders. Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing relevant documents, conducting environmental scans and research, and gathering input from stakeholders to ensure an informed planning process.

The consultant will facilitate discussions addressing strategic priorities and necessary trade-offs, focusing on scaling and growing targeted services without compromising equity and access. This role will also involve exploring ways to better leverage data for decision-making, identifying and employing strategic partnerships to enhance community impact, and aligning resources to support sustainable and responsive service delivery in a dynamic environment.

The consultant is expected to synthesize research and engagement findings into clear thematic areas, strategic implications, and prioritized recommendations. Findings will be documented and presented in formal reports with facilitated discussions to support stakeholder decision-making through each phase. The service contract will last for one year.
