Strategic Planning and Process Improvement Consulting Service

An Oregon agency is seeking an experienced consulting firm to provide strategic planning and process improvement services. The consultant will guide the agency through the development and facilitation of a five-year strategic plan. This plan should be adaptable to changing circumstances and will involve engaging leadership, staff, and relevant stakeholders through facilitated meetings.

Key responsibilities include the creation or revision of the agency's mission statement, vision, goals, strategies, and measurable objectives to ensure alignment with overall performance measures. The consultant will also develop a comprehensive work plan, schedule, and set of metrics that clearly define priorities, objectives, and accountability for each goal. Additional tasks involve identifying the necessary financial and human resources to support core functions and goals, as well as facilitating strategic planning methods such as SWOT, SOAR, PESTLE, or similar frameworks.
