DESCRIPTION
A Michigan-based organization seeks a vendor to provide strategic planning and market analysis services. The selected consultant will develop a data-driven, community-informed strategic framework that clarifies organizational mission and vision, defines market positioning, and ensures financial responsibility. The scope includes aligning programming with community needs, establishing measurable performance indicators, recommending a sustainable organizational structure, and outlining a phased implementation roadmap for the next 3–5 years.
The consultant will also be responsible for designing a comprehensive programming strategy.
