DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will be responsible for developing, hosting, managing, and launching a strategic plan website using a content management system. The vendor must ensure ongoing hosting and management, with services commencing seamlessly to avoid any disruption.

The hosted platform must offer a secure environment capable of supporting high traffic and frequent large file downloads, including at least two terabytes of storage, 24/7 uptime, and failover protection. In the event services are terminated, the vendor must provide a comprehensive archive of all website content, including graphics, text, video, multimedia, source code, and purchased software. Additional responsibilities include transitioning website services from the prior contractor, supplying a Red Book operations manual, and providing a CMS dashboard allowing administrators to modify the website and its content.

The vendor must also deliver ongoing maintenance and support for the website’s CMS dashboard, and offer debugging support for all software and applications critical to site performance.
