Strategic Plan Update and Stakeholder Engagement Services

The state of Wisconsin is seeking a qualified vendor to update its strategic plan and provide comprehensive stakeholder engagement services. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing and implementing a stakeholder engagement framework that acknowledges stakeholder diversity and employs a variety of traditional and innovative engagement methods. These methods may include in-person or remote interviews, focus or work groups, and online surveys or questionnaires.

Key deliverables include the compilation, analysis, and presentation of stakeholder feedback. The vendor will organize feedback by theme and present it in clear and concise formats, utilizing both text and visuals where appropriate. The engagement process will also require the preparation of detailed agendas and outlines for all engagement activities, specifying the types of feedback to be collected. This contract is anticipated to span one year.
