DESCRIPTION
A vendor is sought to provide strategic planning services to develop, implement, and evaluate a water conservation media program. The project will include a project manager responsible for planning, preparing, and conducting four workshops, either in-person or via Teams, supporting program objectives and stakeholder engagement.
The selected vendor will work collaboratively to ensure the water conservation media program's effectiveness and to guide the program through its various phases from inception to evaluation. All questions related to the RFP must be submitted by March 30, 2026.
