The vendor is required to provide services for reviewing, updating, and improving the strategic plan for the Makai Watch Program. This engagement involves examining the current 2013–2016 Makai Watch Program strategic plan and incorporating feedback gathered from the 2022 Makai Watch assessment.
The selected provider will participate in discussions with the strategic planning agency to address the target audience, final plan format, key stakeholders, and potential program overlaps with other agencies. A SWOT analysis will be conducted to evaluate the program's effectiveness in meeting its objectives. Input from key stakeholders will be collected to inform proposed updates to the plan that address emerging challenges and opportunities.
Recommendations for implementation, monitoring, and evaluation will be developed, culminating in a draft and final presentation of the updated strategic plan.
