DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide strategic plan facilitation services, including an in-depth review with the board regarding the organization’s vision, mission, equity statement, and goals. The facilitator will help develop an understanding of the action and accountability plan, which incorporates eight key goal areas, and ensure alignment with quarterly reporting processes and the executive director’s performance evaluation.

The facilitator will also incorporate members’ beliefs and desired legislative positions into the strategic plan, review current projects, staffing, and budgetary capacity, and seek input from members to ensure their perspectives are represented. Additionally, they will assist the board in integrating existing strategic direction and clarifying the distinct roles and responsibilities of the board and executive director in implementing a comprehensive long-range plan. The contract term is for one year.
