DESCRIPTION

The library seeks a vendor to facilitate, develop, and write a comprehensive strategic plan. The selected partner will assess the current services, operations, and research support model to identify opportunities for enhancing digital discovery and access to collections.

The successful vendor will analyze trends affecting research libraries, including the integration of AI-assisted discovery tools and digital research workflows, and develop strategic priorities. The final deliverable is a comprehensive strategic plan and an implementation roadmap that aligns library services with user and research needs.
