An Ontario-based organization is seeking a qualified vendor to develop its 2026–2030 strategic plan. This plan will guide the organization's priorities, service delivery, partnerships, and growth while reflecting the needs of its diverse clients and community. The vendor will be expected to incorporate a thorough understanding of current sector trends, system transformations, and emerging challenges, and to focus on strengthening organizational capacity and sustainability.
Key responsibilities include conducting a review of internal documents, previous strategic plans, and performance data; performing regional and provincial sector analysis; evaluating funding landscape trends; and identifying best practices in addiction and community mental health services. The vendor will also facilitate planning sessions with leadership and the Board, identify key themes, challenges, opportunities, and strategic priorities, and draft the mission, vision, values, and strategic directions as needed.
A detailed project plan outlining timelines and a methodology for stakeholder consultation will be required. The resulting strategic plan should provide a clear framework for decision-making, implementation, and evaluation within the organization.
