Laramie County Wyoming Government
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The county seeks an experienced consulting firm to provide comprehensive strategic planning services. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing and implementing an inclusive engagement strategy to ensure broad and diverse participation from both residents and county staff. Key tasks include the development, maintenance, and regular updating of a community engagement portal or website throughout the duration of the project.
The consultant will design and facilitate a structured priority-setting process, including leadership planning sessions and an off-site retreat intended to build consensus among county leadership. During the leadership retreat, the facilitator will guide participants through exercises to establish a clearly defined set of strategic priorities for the county.
Following these processes, the professional will develop a comprehensive, accessible, and actionable strategic plan organized around the identified priorities. The strategic plan must be submitted in draft form for county leadership review and feedback, followed by delivery of a final, presentation-ready document. The contract period for this engagement is one year.
