DESCRIPTION
The agency seeks a vendor to provide strategic leadership and organizational development services aimed at promoting humane and orderly migration through collaboration with governments, intergovernmental organizations, and civil society. The selected partner will be expected to further strengthen both internal leadership capacities and external leadership engagement for the agency, contributing to enhanced organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing comprehensive leadership development strategies and programs that align with the agency's strategic plan and leadership compass framework. The scope also covers targeted leadership coaching, as well as expert design and facilitation of workshops, retreats, and working sessions. These events must integrate stakeholder needs analysis and engagement planning exercises to help participants identify key influencers, build trust, and effectively manage inter-organizational dynamics.
The provider will deliver actionable strategies with measurable indicators and targets, all in alignment with the agency's overarching strategic plan. The contract period for these services will be three years.
