DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Missouri is seeking a consultant to provide strategic highway safety project services for multiple county segments. The selected vendor will assist in design preparation, project management, right-of-way procurement, and utility relocation for the designated County Strategic Highway Safety Projects.

The project requires the analysis of crash history, traffic volumes, and roadway characteristics across 11 segments. The consultant will need to develop a benefit-cost document to support proposed safety counter-measures.
