An Arkansas institution is seeking a qualified consultant to lead and support the development and execution of a multi-year strategic enrollment plan. The selected strategic enrollment planning (SEP) consultant will provide institution-wide expertise to assist in devising and implementing a comprehensive, data-driven enrollment strategy.
Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments of enrollment trends, student success outcomes, market conditions, and institutional capacity. The consultant will organize and facilitate workshops, focus groups, interviews, and planning sessions with campus leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative approach throughout the process.
The resulting strategic enrollment plan will define clear priorities, strategies, timelines, responsible parties, and detailed key performance indicators (KPIs), including baseline data, enrollment projections, and performance targets. The consultant will also advise on implementation, monitor progress, and recommend adjustments to align with performance indicators. The initial contract period is one year.
