DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will develop and implement a comprehensive strategic enrollment management plan designed to integrate data analytics, governance design, academic program analysis, change management, and budget and resource modeling. The project aims to deliver a clear, sustainable, and accountable framework for enrollment planning, encompassing the creation of a strategy map and a robust implementation plan for all recruitment, retention, academic programming, student progression, and time-to-completion activities.

Responsibilities include comprehensive mapping of academic program pathways to identify progression barriers, address bottlenecks, and ensure alignment with enrollment goals. The vendor will design an enrollment governance model to enhance decision-making, accountability, and monitoring, as well as assess program sustainability by evaluating enrollment trends, instructional costs, resource demands, and long-term viability. In addition, a revenue generation sensitivity analysis must be conducted aligned with enrollment forecasts and scenarios.

A critical component involves developing and delivering a change management plan to facilitate the successful implementation of the enrollment management plan from project initiation. The framework should also reinforce data-driven decision-making practices through enhanced use of enrollment-related data and analytics.
