DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide professional services for the design and implementation of its Nonresidential Strategic Energy Management (SEM) program. This program utilizes a relationship-driven, whole-facility approach, aiming to achieve long-term energy savings in non-residential buildings.

Services required include complete project management and administration to ensure the program is delivered on time and within budget, as well as the development of a comprehensive ramp-up and implementation plan for the SEM program. The selected vendor will be responsible for the ongoing delivery and optimization of the SEM initiative, including performance monitoring and recommending design improvements as needed.

Additionally, the vendor will provide workforce education and training to local workers and contractors, enhancing their ability to identify and implement energy efficiency projects within non-residential facilities. Support for the agency’s marketing, education, and outreach initiatives is also required to engage both enrolled and unenrolled participants throughout the agency’s territory. The contract is expected to span eighteen months.
