DESCRIPTION


The agency is seeking a vendor to provide professional services for the design and implementation of its Nonresidential Strategic Energy Management (SEM) program. This program utilizes a relationship-driven, whole-facility approach, aiming to achieve long-term energy savings in non-residential buildings.

Services required include complete project management and administration to ensure the program is delivered on time and within budget, as well as the development of a comprehensive ramp-up and implementation plan for the SEM program. The selected vendor will be responsible for the ongoing delivery and optimization of the SEM initiative, including performance monitoring and recommending design improvements as needed.
