This RFP seeks a vendor to provide strategic digital media advertising services, focusing on the design and implementation of digital advertising campaigns. The selected partner will collaborate closely with the internal Marketing and Public Relations team, which manages creative production, strategy, and budget oversight in-house.
The scope of work includes campaign planning, media purchasing, and the strategic placement of ads across multiple platforms. Campaigns will target three major enrollment periods—fall, spring, and summer—as well as additional program- or event-specific marketing throughout the year. Media buying will span a mix of digital and traditional channels, leveraging social media, remarketing, paid and non-paid search marketing, geofencing, digital placements, and email marketing to maximize reach and engagement.
Interested vendors should have expertise in media buying and multi-channel campaign strategy, and must be prepared to collaborate closely with the client’s internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
