The scope includes brand and product advertising across multiple channels, such as outdoor, radio, audio, short form video, digital display, and social media. Services required span strategic development, creative development, and creative production, covering the creation of new material for five to six medium to large-scale, mass media multichannel campaigns annually.
Vendors should provide strategic, evidence-based concepts and recommendations tailored to support campaign objectives.
