KEY REQUIREMENTS

Experience in leadership of a major university-based arts organization or initiative within the context of a research-intensive university
Experience in strategic planning and implementation of campus-wide arts initiatives
Experience planning, presenting, and evaluating projects that integrate visiting artists with campus stakeholders
Experience building and sustaining partnerships that include higher education alongside community, industry, and artist partners
Deep knowledge of the arts funding landscape in terms of both higher-education philanthropy and of foundations that support the arts

DESCRIPTION
