DESCRIPTION
This RFP seeks consulting firms to provide strategic consultant services, including the development of a comprehensive five-year strategic plan. Key responsibilities include conducting organizational and environmental assessments, designing professional instruments for community engagement such as surveys, focus groups, and interviews, and performing data analysis and strategic synthesis. The selected firm will also facilitate governance and organizational alignment, project implementation, and manage project timelines.
Additional requirements include leading community and organizational needs assessments, developing engagement and sampling methodologies, and utilizing advanced techniques in instrument design. Firms must demonstrate expertise in community survey work, strategic planning, and effective community engagement. All questions from interested bidders must be submitted by April 21, 2026.
