DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will be responsible for providing strategic communications services, including conducting quarterly meetings with organizational leadership to review emerging issues, priorities, reputational concerns, and long-term communication strategies.

Expert counsel is required on significant or sensitive matters such as regulatory changes, industry trends, stakeholder engagement challenges, public perception, risk management, and ensuring message alignment. The vendor will offer recommendations to improve clarity, consistency, and effectiveness across all communications.

Strategic guidance is expected to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely messaging for both internal and external audiences. The scope also includes development or refinement of crisis communication frameworks, escalation protocols, and message maps to enhance preparedness, along with assistance in media responses, stakeholder communications, and post-incident evaluation.

Additionally, the vendor will deliver individualized group sessions focused on on-camera presence, message discipline, interview techniques, and best practices for broadcast, print, and digital media engagements.
