Strategic Communications Services

An organization based in Washington, DC is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive strategic communications services on a global scale. The successful vendor will deliver a wide range of solutions, including digital infrastructure, web services, creative design and content production, media, public relations, messaging, thought leadership, and end-to-end campaign strategy and execution.

Core responsibilities encompass strategic communications planning and advisory services such as messaging development, audience segmentation, and channel mix optimization. The vendor will manage website hosting, maintenance, security, and SSL certificate administration, as well as provide web design, UX/UI enhancements, technical development, and accessibility compliance per WCAG standards. Additional web-related tasks include multilingual functionality, SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical), web analytics implementation, and regular reporting.

Creative deliverables will involve visual design for both digital and print media, video production (from concept to accessibility adaptation), animation, motion graphics, interactive tool development, data visualization, and publication layout. Media services cover the development and execution of global media relations strategies, press materials, media mapping, outreach, monitoring, and sentiment analysis. The vendor will also handle social media strategy, content, community management, paid and owned media planning, campaign measurement, and detailed audience research to optimize communications performance.
