DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive strategic communications and media advisory support services. This includes ongoing counsel to guide communications initiatives, inform organizational priorities, and address public-facing issues. The provider is responsible for developing or refining communication strategies, plans, frameworks, and messaging tailored to organizational needs.
In addition, the firm will offer media relations guidance by reviewing and assessing media inquiries, preparing responses and messaging, and supporting the organization with media engagement strategies, risk assessment, and outreach activities in collaboration with the internal media team.
The services also include monitoring media coverage, delivering analysis, summaries, or insights for internal purposes, and executing other communication-related assignments as requested.
