A strategic communications agency is sought to lead the promotion and marketing of a permanent rural products exhibition in Jordan. The selected agency will be responsible for developing a comprehensive communications and marketing strategy, including a detailed campaign plan covering pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases. This plan should outline objectives, key messages, target audiences, channel selections, content themes, media strategies, community management protocols, and approaches to crisis communication.

Key responsibilities include the creative development and production of campaign assets in Arabic and English, ensuring cultural sensitivity and inclusivity, with appropriate representation of women, persons with disabilities, and various communities. Deliverables include promotional videos, photo stories, product features, testimonials, motion graphics, radio spots, print/outdoor ads, and editorial features for deployment across digital and traditional channels.

The agency will manage the exhibition's digital presence, including creation of a landing page or microsite, management of social media accounts, content planning, and community engagement. Duties also include planning and executing paid digital marketing campaigns, optimizing for search engines, and ensuring consistent branding and geo-targeting. Additionally, the agency will handle media relations—preparing media lists, pitching stories in both Arabic and English, coordinating press events, and organizing interviews and media visits. Support for experiential activities, such as launch event communications, stakeholder engagement, and coordination of media and influencer attendance, will also form a crucial component of the agency's mandate.
