DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive strategic communication services, beginning with an initial assessment of the organization's current communications approach. Based on this assessment, the vendor will develop a targeted strategic communications plan and offer support for its execution.

The scope of services may cover media strategy and narrative development, proactive media outreach, message refinement, and leadership visibility initiatives such as op-eds, interviews, speaking opportunities, and social media engagement. The vendor will also be expected to provide guidance on crisis communications preparedness and response, stakeholder communication strategies, social media amplification, and recommendations for digital campaigns or paid media if appropriate.

All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by April 22, 2026.
