The organization is seeking a vendor to deliver comprehensive strategic communication support, encompassing marketing, media relations, and social media management services. Responsibilities include developing and distributing a quarterly external newsletter via Constant Contact, along with analytics reporting post-distribution. The selected vendor will collaborate on video commercial campaigns, which may involve video shooting, editing, and script writing.

Additional tasks include building a story arsenal, creating and disseminating press releases and media advisories, as well as proactively pitching stories to the media to highlight organizational milestones such as new businesses, expansions, and partnership projects. The vendor will manage preparation for media interviews, conduct media monitoring and reporting, and develop monthly content calendars with regular posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Scheduling, staff training via Loomly, partner engagement, Canva template creation, quarterly analytics reporting with engagement recommendations, and production and promotion of monthly podcasts are also required services.
