Services required encompass variable data digital copies, production of letters with attached responses and envelopes, campaign letters with associated mailing materials, multiple versions of campaign-related print pieces, as well as standard black-and-white digital copying on white paper. Additional items include generic flyers, magazines (quantity of 20,000), newsletters (quantity of 3,000), promotional brochures (quantity of 7,000), and postcards (quantity of 1,500).
Vendors are expected to have the capability to manage diverse, high-volume print projects and ensure precision and quality control throughout each phase from print production to delivery.
