An organization in Michigan is seeking a strategic brand creative agency partner to lead and support a comprehensive branding initiative. The selected agency will be responsible for developing a compelling brand creative approach, including performance campaigns and visual identity systems. The scope of work includes providing an executive summary outlining the agency's understanding of the challenge and opportunity, as well as a credentials and capabilities portfolio with case studies of previous enrollment or recruitment campaigns, particularly within higher education or mission-driven brands. Case studies should detail the strategic challenge, creative approach, deliverables, and measured outcomes.
Agencies should describe their creative methodology for multi-channel performance campaigns, their process for visual identity development from discovery to delivery, and their strategy for collaborating with a brand research partner. The agency will also be expected to demonstrate their approach to creative validation and testing, including methodologies and how insights inform revisions. Additional capabilities, such as audience research, media planning and buying, and experiential branding, should be disclosed. The proposal must specify the proposed team's roles and experience. This contract is for a one-year period, and all queries related to the RFP must be submitted by April 30, 2026.
