A municipality in Ontario is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct a comprehensive strategic assessment of its Town-operated Harbour. The scope of work includes evaluating the current capacity, conditions, and available amenities at the Harbour, as well as performing a rate study to inform potential capital improvements and support the ongoing operating business case.
The selected vendor will assess operational needs, analyze seasonal demand and growth pressures, and recommend upgrades, service level adjustments, staffing models, and operational improvements. The findings will support Council and staff in making informed decisions for the Harbour's development and management over the next decade.
