DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide strategic alignment consulting services focused on advancing academic quality, student success, and accreditation support for a university. The selected firm will assist leadership in assessing academic delivery vulnerabilities and student service gaps, advising on scalable practices to boost student engagement and persistence, and providing expertise in regional accreditation readiness, compliance risk evaluation, and governance for continuous improvement. Additional responsibilities include supporting executive preparation for accreditation-related site visits and follow-up actions.

The consultant will also offer guidance on institutional stability, strategies to strengthen national peer engagement, and cultivation of strategic partnerships with philanthropic, corporate, foundation, and government entities interested in agency investment and capacity-building initiatives. In the realm of crisis preparedness, the firm will review and recommend updates to crisis communication protocols, escalation procedures, and internal coordination processes, and be available for real-time strategic consultation during crisis events.

Reporting and advisory functions include participation in regular meetings with university leadership to review activities and deliver comprehensive monthly status reports summarizing key undertakings, risks, emerging opportunities, and next steps. The contract is set for a one-year period.
