DESCRIPTION
This RFP seeks a professional graphic illustrator and designer to support the creation and branding of the 2026–2031 Strategic Action Plan (SAP). The selected vendor will develop a minimum of three design concepts for both the core of the plan and the primary imagery integral to its branding. All graphic elements, including graphs, tables, and illustrations, must be original works created by the designer.
Deliverables include a fully branded and visually cohesive SAP in both high and low-resolution optimized PDF formats, and an accompanying PowerPoint template. The designer will also provide multiple options for the cover, back cover, and interior layout of the plan. Additional materials include a plan-at-a-glance poster version and a condensed Managers Handbook in portrait orientation (8.5”x5”), full color, double-sided with approximately 26–30 pages, as well as a full report in landscape orientation, full color, double-sided with around 35–40 pages. All materials are required in English, Cree, and French.
