The City of Greenville, South Carolina seeks a vendor to manage and implement an ongoing stormwater monitoring program. The program involves regular sampling and continuous monitoring to ensure accurate measurement and reliable operation of data collection systems. Responsibilities include calibration, cleaning, replacement of batteries, and basic component maintenance.
Collected stream and gauge data must be hosted via a live feed to a secure website requiring login credentials. Data from equipment readings should be accessible online in both tabular and graphical formats for each gauge. Rainfall data must be displayed graphically, showing 5-minute increments and 24-hour totals in inches, with a user-adjustable display timeframe ranging from minutes to years. Similarly, stream depth readings should be available in feet over a user-adjustable period.
Vendors are required to ensure ongoing system maintenance and operational reliability to provide accurate, accessible data to the City. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by May 1, 2026.
