The Naval Research Laboratory is planning to award a sole source contract for the annual renewal of Ansys STK software support and licenses. This initiative is essential for advanced orbit trajectory design, maneuver planning, and the overall mission planning of satellite and spacecraft operations.
The contract encompasses support and licenses for multiple Ansys STK products, including Ansys STK Premium (Space) for advanced orbit maneuver planning, Ansys STK SOLIS for satellite subsystems modeling and simulation, and the Ansys Orbit Determination Tool Kit, which enables processing of tracking data and generation of orbit ephemeris with realistic covariance. These tools directly support the technical and operational requirements of satellite and spacecraft mission planning activities at the laboratory.
The procurement will be executed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the relevant federal guidelines. The laboratory is open to responses from interested parties who can demonstrate the capability to fulfill these requirements.
