STI Testing Kits and Online Portal Solution

The selected vendor will be responsible for providing STI testing kits and developing an integrated online portal solution. The web-based portal must be user-friendly, accessible, and enable individuals to request STI testing kits for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. The scope includes both the creation and management of the online portal as well as a separate data portal for collecting and sharing test and survey data. Survey responses gathered during the project will be routinely shared, and participant recruitment activities are required.

Vendors are expected to offer clinical consultation services to individuals who test positive for Chlamydia or Gonorrhea, and make arrangements for mail-to-home treatment for all positive clients. The portal and all related services must be accessible to a diverse population, offering language support for non-English speaking residents to ensure inclusivity. Fiscal data sharing regarding the cost of test kits is also a requirement. The contract will be awarded for an initial period of one year.
